About the Initiative
The GICDP is a proposed thematic chapter of the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy Alliance. It focuses on information credibility certification and digital provenance, bringing together fact-checking organizations, media literacy institutions, technical standard-setting bodies, academic research institutions, digital policy observers, and civil society organizations.
